As a Senior Web Strategy Manager in JFrog you will...
  • Optimize JFrog’s web channels to maximize conversion rates in support of the Company’s pipeline targets
  • Manage the workflow for new site projects and incoming change requests, working with stakeholders to understand requirements/priorities
  • Manage reporting and analytics tools across multiple web properties and provide perspective on what’s working/what’s not, along with action plan for improvement
  • Conduct frequent A/B testing to optimize user journey and conversions
  • Work with the search engine optimization team to ensure the web property is SEO-friendly
  • Analyze post-implementation data to measure the impact of changes and develop go-forward recommendations including paid media channel conversion tracking set-up
  • Find ways to boost the popularity of the website and increase user activity while working with the team to conceive, design and launch new web assets
  • Optimize user journey touchpoints across the website including chat bots, trial conversions, video engagement and more
  • Work closely with the demand generation team to execute online marketing campaigns and drive conversion improvements
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams (Product Marketing, Events, Content, Campaigns, etc) to drive continual improvements across our web property content
  • Work closely with internal/external design and development resources
To be a Senior Web Strategy Manager in JFrog you need...
  • At least 7+ years web strategy or web product related experience
  • Extensive requirement gathering skills including evaluating business impact and projected performance improvements
  • Extensive experience using industry-standard software and enhanced conversion tracking (VWO, WordPress, OneTrust, Drift, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, etc)
  • Understanding of Google Ads Platform
  • Expert level understanding of conversion rate optimization tactics including building and driving A/B Testing programs and roadmaps
  • Proficient in optimizing Chat bots, preferably Drift for playbook and end to end optimizations
  • Understand and apply user experiences to build customer journeys along paid and owned channels, driving users' actions to meet clients' goals through measurable KPIs.
  • Work with business stakeholders to develop a complete understanding of requirements for new features and/or enhancements to meet website visitors’ needs.
  • Manage web operations from strategy to execution
  • Exceptional presentation building skills with keen eye for visual details
  • Deep understanding of current web best practices and technologies
  • Effective project management, collaboration skills, mental agility, curiosity, and a positive approach to projects.
  • Poses a highly organized operating style and ability to quickly establish respectful, trust-based relationships across team tenures, roles and cultures.
  • Strong eye for detail and analytical prowess including building analytics dashboards, and delivering concise and impactful analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment comprising strategy, creative, product, and technology teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Must possess the aptitude and interest to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented growth business, ideally in a B2B SaaS business.
WHAT JFROG CAN OFFER…
  • At JFrog, base salary is only one component of our compensation package.
  • This position has a base salary range between $140,000 to $150,000. Base salary will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
  • This position also includes an equity package of restricted stock units (RSU). In addition, JFrog employees are eligible to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
