As the Director and Product owner of our corporate Website Strategy, you will lead our efforts to elevate VAST’s online presence, ensuring our website reflects our brand's values, meets our business objectives, and exceeds user expectations. You will oversee all aspects of our website's strategy, design, content, functionality, and performance. This role requires a unique blend of technical acumen, creative vision, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive website strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives and brand strategy.
- Team Management: Lead and inspire any internal and external web developers, designers, content creators, and SEO specialists working with VAST to achieve exceptional results.
- User Experience Design: Ensure the website offers a best-in-class user experience (UX) that is intuitive, engaging, and accessible to all users.
- Content Strategy: Oversee the development of compelling content that resonates with our target audience, drives engagement, and supports SEO goals.
- Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics and user feedback to continually assess the website's performance. Implement necessary improvements to enhance user satisfaction and achieve business goals.
- Technical Oversight: Ensure the website's architecture is scalable and secure, overseeing all technical aspects including hosting, integrations, and compliance with web standards.
- Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest web technologies, trends, and best practices to keep the website at the forefront of digital innovation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the website supports wider company initiatives and media driven demand gen campaigns.
