What you’ll be doing:

  • Responsible for sales overview and approval for all EMEA customer POs placed.

  • Comprehensive understanding of all pricing, licensing, Opportunity Registration and discount approval programs. Drive rebates & credit notes for above partners working closely with finance teams.

  • Ongoing support and understanding of the full NVIDIA Partner program – requirements, proficiencies, certifications and requirements.

  • Build, develop and improve day to day relationships with NVIDIA OEM partners to educate, enable and accelerate their understanding of NVIDIA pricing, licensing and programs.

  • Liaise with internal team in EMEA & HQ USA to ensure swift resolution of all order processing and fulfilment requirements

  • Works with GAM of selected OEMs on quotation for NVIDIA platforms, manage sample requirements.

  • Craft, maintain and a variety of reports (shipping, backlog, forecast) & sales report by working closely with internal teams in EMEA and HQ.

  • Assist the NVIDIA GAM teams with Internal Sales Processes and Systems, including SFDC hygiene and coverage model.

  • Work Closely with EMEA channel/distribution teams to resolve any order processing challenges depending of products.

What we need to see:

  • Education degree or equivalent experience. 5 years in sales & operation experience in IT Industry.

  • Passionate by innovation, open to new challenges and ready to learn.

  • Sales or Customer Service experience in a similar sales operations role, ideally within the Enterprise industry preferably in a leading high-tech company.

  • Experience in Excel and SFDC Lighting. Knowledge of SAP and SteelWedge would be an advantage.

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills and the ability to articulate issues, ideas and solutions.

  • Good organization skills, with a logical approach to problem solving, good time management and task prioritization skills.

  • Pro active & customer happiness focus, phenomenal teammate.

  • Based in France (Paris Office or remote, based in Angers will be a plus). French and English speaking is mandatory, additional languages is a plus.
