Here’s where you, the relationship lead, comes in….
- You are your day to day partners’ confidant, you drive relationships to ensure our partners feel heard in execution, while also holding them accountable
- You will be in every regular contact with your partners, working alongside PC&A executive management to help deliver and shape daily, weekly and monthly communications on how PC&A is delivering value based on our partners’ objectives.
- You make our partners smarter by staying on top of the latest capability developments (think: journeys, content management) and bringing them ‘into the fold’
- You make our partners better customers of PC&A by making them aware of the ripple effects of the choices they make on their campaign
- Helping us to evangelize the work our Activation and Transformation teams are doing
- Helping devise and drive adoption of opportunities that help our partners achieve the most efficient results to deliver on their objectives (e.g. adopt test and learn, adopt campaign tiers)
- Collaborating with other teams (Performance Marketing, MAP, Finance, Legal) as one close, collaborative team where everyone rolls up their sleeves, and works together across deliverables, process, and output when needed.
- Partner with the Business Office and Campaign Activation to drive the overall health of partnership — drive good partner behavior, hold PC&A team accountable to our commitments
- Constantly feeding into the identification of key opportunities to improve partnership (e.g. improve inputs)
- Happy to work in an iterative and non-hierarchical way
Job responsibilities:
- Own monthly partnership updates (pillar health, prioritization, campaign updates, deliverables / follow-ups tracking, partnership health reporting, test learnings wins and watchouts) – develop the presentations and tracking independently
- Represent the voice of configuration and activation at the IRF table
- Work with Experimentation & Testing to drive adoption both of testing and of best-practices
- Create feedback loops between Configuration, Campaign Management, and Strategy Marketing
- Educate Marketing Strategy on new capabilities and drive adoption (in partner with Planning & Configuration and Transformation)

- Experience working with senior leaders
- Strong communication skills and an impressive attention to detail
- Ability to independently maintain and progress communications
- Experience in driving best practices
- Experience of working closely with campaign managers / execution marketers and strategy marketers
- A cool, calm and collected approach to problem-solving
- Ability to thrive and remain agile in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Ability to maintain and progress a number of concurrent projects, being smart in how to spend time to facilitate moving quickly and avoid bottlenecks
