As a
Senior Finance Manager, FP&A

You will report directly to the CFO of PSS and work veryclosely to Director FP&A PSS. You'll work out of our Charlotte, NC locationon a hybrid work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Driving the Financial Planning and Analysis functionwithin the PSS business unit and supporting the strategic direction
  • AOP and Formal Forecasts: preparation and analysis;standardize templates, timeline, process and communicate with stakeholders.Analyze, assess and prepare submissions with PSS finance and CFO
  • Drivevarious digitization projects as business requires in adjusting reportingstructures (wall to wall profitability, verticalization)
  • Coordinate, communicate and complete monthly financialsforecasts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Working Capital, Cash Flow)
  • Develop and with finance leaders execute sustainable workingcapital improvement with key stakeholders
  • Drivestronger controls around Fixed Cost controls
  • Supporting in the development and execution of thecomprehensive financial strategies aligned with PSS business objectives
  • Collaborating with executives and cross-functional teamsto ensure financial goals are aligned with overall business strategies
  • Providing insights and recommendations to drive revenuegrowth, optimize profitability, and minimize costs within the PSS business unit
  • Conducting financial analysis and forecasting to identifybusiness expansion opportunities and mitigate financial risks

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial planning andanalysis or related roles
  • Proven track record of driving financial performance andachieving business objectives
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent knowledge of financial principles and practices
  • Proficiency in financial analysis software and MS Office
  • Ability to effectively lead and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
