As a Finance Director, FP&A

You will report directly to our Chief Financial Officer ofthe PSS Business Unit and you will work out of our headquarters in Charlotte,North Carolina on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the PSS business unit byproviding financial guidance and support, contributing to improving businessperformance and profitability. Your strategic decision-making and financialanalysis skills will help identify cost-saving opportunities and drive processimprovements within the finance function. This will result in increased costefficiency and enhanced overall financial effectiveness.


• Lead and manage the Financial Planning and Analysis teamwithin the PSS business unit, providing financial guidance and support to drivebusiness performance and profitability.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, andprocedures to optimize financial planning and analysis operations and improvecost efficiency within the PSS business unit.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the PSSbusiness unit to drive process improvements, identify cost-savingopportunities, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to supportdecision-making and drive continuous improvement in financial performancewithin the PSS business unit.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reportingprocesses for the PSS business unit.
• Partner with senior leadership within the PSS businessunit to develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance financialeffectiveness and drive business growth.


• Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, with at least5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysisprinciples, cost accounting, and financial analysis.
• Proven track record of driving financial performance andprocess improvements in a complex organization.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonalskills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functionalteams and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or relatedfield. MBA preferred.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire andmotivate a team.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to drive change andinnovation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong business acumen and financial management expertise.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
