As a
Senior Finance Manager, FP&A
You will report directly to the CFO of PSS and work veryclosely to Director FP&A PSS. You'll work out of our Charlotte, NC locationon a hybrid work schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Driving the Financial Planning and Analysis functionwithin the PSS business unit and supporting the strategic direction
- AOP and Formal Forecasts: preparation and analysis;standardize templates, timeline, process and communicate with stakeholders.Analyze, assess and prepare submissions with PSS finance and CFO
- Drivevarious digitization projects as business requires in adjusting reportingstructures (wall to wall profitability, verticalization)
- Coordinate, communicate and complete monthly financialsforecasts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Working Capital, Cash Flow)
- Develop and with finance leaders execute sustainable workingcapital improvement with key stakeholders
- Drivestronger controls around Fixed Cost controls
- Supporting in the development and execution of thecomprehensive financial strategies aligned with PSS business objectives
- Collaborating with executives and cross-functional teamsto ensure financial goals are aligned with overall business strategies
- Providing insights and recommendations to drive revenuegrowth, optimize profitability, and minimize costs within the PSS business unit
- Conducting financial analysis and forecasting to identifybusiness expansion opportunities and mitigate financial risks
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial planning andanalysis or related roles
- Proven track record of driving financial performance andachieving business objectives
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of financial principles and practices
- Proficiency in financial analysis software and MS Office
- Ability to effectively lead and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
