JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Client Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for executing on the strategy for one of our critical business segments. You will build initiatives across multiple channels to develop and deliver multi-touch, multi-dimensional marketing programming that drives healthy pipeline for our Client Sales organization. This person has the ability to see the big picture, specific to the audience, while executing on tactics to achieve goals. The perfect individual will have experience in pulling and analyzing marketing data to make future decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead execution of growth-focused marketing campaigns and programming (including email nurtures, webinars, etc.) across multiple channels and touchpoints, and identify and execute optimal tactics to produce measurable and sustainable results that strengthen the brand and ensure a healthy pipeline to drive consistent growth
  • Partner closely with corporate teams to leverage campaigns and initiatives to support the accomplishment of our team’s goals.
  • Enable all campaigns across the organization so all of our cross-functional stakeholders have awareness and the tools to help support the campaign’s success
  • Continuously track and monitor offer/campaign/creative effectiveness. Deliver relevant reports and present insights to keep the organization abreast of marketing activities; forecast, measure, analyze, refine, improve and report on impact of programs
  • Build and foster a continuous knowledge and understanding of SAP Concur customers, identifying cohorts of customers across the customer lifecycle to deliver targeted growth messaging
  • Proactively engage with client success, client sales, global customer lifecycle, corporate campaigns, brand experience, community, and solution & product marketing teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities

Education, Experience & Training required:

  • Degree level education with 3+ years marketing experience in B2B industry
  • Experience developing and executing successful demand-gen programming in a field team to drive pipeline and revenue
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce.com), marketing automation (Eloqua/Marketo), analytics and business insight tools (Tableau), webcast/webinar platforms (On24), content and calendar management tools (Smartsheet), and budget management tools (Allocadia) preferred
