Responsibilities- Provide hands-on support for the planning and execution of first-party events, including MongoDB.local programs, and third party events, like tradeshows and conferences
- Assist with event logistics such as registration, signage, materials preparation, vendor communication, shipping, scheduling, etc
- Help ensure cross-functional alignment by coordinating with field/strategic marketing, revenue marketing, DevRel, product marketing, and other teams
- Work closely with the Strategic Event Operations team to support campaign execution, lead flow management, and sponsorship fulfillment
- Maintain accurate event data, track key metrics, and assist in post-event reporting
- Help manage event communications, including internal updates, promotional materials, and event messaging
- Support manager with budget tracking, invoices, and contract management
- Assist Sponsorship/Event Content team with presentation collection and tracking of session and speaker details, artifacts, and assets
- Be adaptable and work across global time zones to support global strategic event team members, ensuring smooth execution regardless of location
Success Measures- Consistently deliver timely, accurate, and high-quality execution of event tasks
- Earn positive feedback from internal stakeholders and event attendees
- Demonstrate strong ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in event coordination, event marketing, or a related support role
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently, while effectively collaborating as part of a global team
- Proficiency with core productivity tools, including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, and Zoom
- Willingness to travel up to 30–40%, across APAC and occasionally globally
- Role based in Singapore
Bonus Points- Experience in the tech industry or working with B2B events
- Familiarity with event platforms like Cvent, Splash, and Jifflenow
- Exposure to marketing automation or CRM tools (Salesforce, Eloqua, etc.)
- Exposure to event-related copywriting and promotional content needs
- Fluency in a non-English language
