Key Tasks and Activities:
- Support the current IBP design by providing resolutions to tickets raised by users. It is a customized environment with focus around Demand, S&OP and integration with other systems
- Maintenance of business-critical application jobs and scheduling, including key support for the execution of supply heuristics and outbound interfacing
- Implement changes to the design as needed, by working with various stakeholders including the Business, IT, ABAP and integration (CI-DS) team etc.
- Identify potential opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions utilizing IBP features, development of POCs.
- Compile functional specifications and other documentations.
- Support SAP-IBP upgrade cycles.
Must be located in Calgary or willing to relocate to Calgary.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Minimum 2 years of IBP experience, with focus on Demand/S&OP and custom designs.
- Strong knowledge of supply and demand planning processes, APO experience in Demand/SNP is an added advantage
- Strong skills in understanding & setting up key figures, calculation logics, desegregations etc, forecasting models and preprocessing steps, working knowledge of versions/scenarios, process flows & tasks.
- Ability to configure IBP supply chain networking
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- CI-DS and good understanding of integrating/interfacing IBP with other tools (SAP/non-SAP)
- Experience with Oil & Gas industry
