Job description
Responsible for service management and compliance process control. Provide visibility to the Client at each stage of the contract lifetime to facilitate proactive risk management. Leverage a single global approach using consistent methodologies, processes and enabling technologies ensures an exceptional client service.
- Handle a portfolio of clients.
- Point of contact for service delivery and issue resolution for work delivered from global talent hub.
- Work with multiple teams across the EY network to ensure smooth delivery of GCR engagements.
- Maintain central calendar of engagement, deliverable milestones and statutory due dates
- Participate in client calls to provide status update of the engagement deliverables.
- Track and facilitate resolution of client issues and requests.
- Participate in business development activities, network with GCR country teams and promote usage of global delivery services.
- Apply project management concepts to engagements in the portfolio.
- Track engagement process improvement, tax planning and risk management opportunities
- Collaborate with offshore teams on best practices for engagement set up and maintenance.
- Accountable for the customer satisfaction scores of the portfolio
Skills requirements
- 2+ years of total work experience
- Understanding of backend financial processes and project management
- Bachelors or master’s degree or advanced students
- English and other languages valued
- Have excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and structured thinking abilities
- Be proficient in Word/PowerPoint/Excel - working knowledge of MS office
