Your Role and ResponsibilitiesIn this role you will use your skills across project management in HR domain. You will need to demonstrate abilities to successfully:- Lead project team for HR global package implementation, or HR advisory projects
- Manage overall scope, schedule, budget, communications, risks, issues, dependencies, governance processes including deliverable management, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, action items, status reports.
- Enforce solution and commercial project change management to determine if a change is in scope or requires a project change request, coordinating change to comply with Legal and Finance requirements.
- Collaborate with Architects, Technologists, Software Developers, Data Managers, Production support teams, Data Security & Privacy, Regulatory bodies, IBM Executive Stakeholders and corresponding client counterparts.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 3+ Years of experience in project managementAND3+ Years of consulting experience in either HR technology implementation or HR advisory
- Familiar with any of HR global packages such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle PeopleSoft, Cornerstone etc.
- Strong communication and leadership experience handling waterfall/agile and HR projects.
- Successful management of at least two projects in the last four years, demonstrated by meeting contractual obligations on schedule and within budget.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Certifications in Project Management
- Certifications in any of HR global packages such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle PeopleSoft, Cornerstone etc.
