Reporting directly to Intel's CTO, and operating out of Tel Aviv, Munich, Boston, and London, it is designed to enhance Intel's perception and presence as a leading tech company in the most vibrant startup ecosystems, and aims to:
- drive open deep tech innovation,
- connect Intel with top disruptors,
- Identify and generate strategic technical insights for Intel,
- change Intel'sperception with top startupinnovators,
- be a change agent in Intel's culture shift journey,
- bring along Intel talent as we work withstartups.
Intel Ignite supports in each of its 4 locations twice a year a cohort of the 10 most disruptive early-stage deep tech startups of the respective ecosystem via an intense, 12-week, mentorship-heavy program, fully tailored to the individual needs of the selected companies. All this to help the startups to:
- find product-market fit, faster
- build better teams to build more successful companies, faster
- get in front of bigger, better clients, faster, and
- raise more funding at better terms, faster.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure full transparency on and visibility of existing and potential value creation initiatives and their current status.
- Support the design and execution of the value creation strategy together with our local and global teams.
- Constantly drive initiatives and activities that further enhance the value for our portfolio startups while delivering strategic impact for Intel.
- Continuous help to expand and improve the value creation impact of Intel Ignite
- Conduct primary and secondary research and analysis (e.g., market sizing, competitive dynamics, etc.) and synthesize them into meaningful insights to help inform strategic decision-making for our portfolio companies.
- Be a trusted partner and go-to-person for our portfolio startups and their founders.
Requirements:
- Four-year degree from an undergraduate institution, MBA preferred but not required
- Ideally, 7+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, value creation or another client-facing role at Intel
- Strong network within several Intel business units and understanding of key Intel technologies or ability to ramp this up quickly
- Strong plus: network/ access to global CIOs/ CTOs/ senior tech execs at Fortune 1000 companies
- Experience in selling cutting-edge technology solutions to large corporations
- Experience in working with/ for technology startups strongly preferred
- Ability to understand key high-tech industry solutions
- Ability to think strategically and long-term while acting tactical and taking full ownership
- Ability to bring structure to large, complex questions with limited guidance
- Ability to multi-task and operate independently
- Data-driven mindset, experience with CRM systems and processes
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (with English being key, and additional languages being beneficial)
