Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage internal processes to ensure network rules adherence across different internal stakeholders
- Interface directly with Early Warning Services (EWS) to advocate for Chase’s objectives and help drive network-wide strategy
- Partner closely with operations, risk and product teams to drive holistic Zelle claims and customer support strategy
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute Chase’s customer facing marketing strategy for Zelle
- Communicate progress, value, and blockers to the wider business, including executive leadership
- Analyze internal data, monitor market trends, and conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement or product differentiation
Required Qualifications, Capabilities & Skills:
- 7+ years of relevant general management, strategy, consulting, or product management experience
- 5+ years of payments or consumer financial services experience
- Experience with process design and stakeholder management
- Highly collaborative and capable of managing large, complex, cross-functional projects
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Calm under high pressure and tight delivery timelines
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
