Job responsibilities
  • Influences short-, mid- and long-term strategies and objectives for socialization, planning and decision making working closely with the x-LOB partners.
  • Manage team’s product review cadences working with product leads and build synthesized product and strategy roadmaps across teams.
  • Structure and lead strategic special projects (e.g., select new business opportunities / early evaluation of concepts, competitive / industry landscape).
  • Work closely with Product, Finance, data team on business cases / investment process. Contributes to annual and quarterly business planning and budget process.
  • Build out materials encompassing key business initiatives, KPIs, OKRs review, team expense and budget for periodic review with senior management. .
  • Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination.
  • Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
  • Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Minimum of 7 years product, strategy, business management, consulting or related experience; financial services experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of organization, strategy, structured thinking
  • Interest in product management and payments innovation
  • Proven track record of strong prior performance in demanding fast-changing environments; flexibility and resilience strongly valued.
  • High EQ and IQ; strong focus on building interpersonal relationships and navigating complex, matrix environments.
  • Strong executive presence; communication skills and comfort interacting with and presenting to all levels of management / team.
  • Strong ability to analyze opportunities & problems, recommend solutions, and communicate effectively & confidently (both verbal and written)
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude and inspiring leadership skills a must
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Travel requirement: as needed as health & travel conditions permit.
