Regulatory Operations CoE caters to private clients globally with offices in the US, Europe and Asia. The team is part of the Asset & Wealth Management LoB and works closely with clients and our onshore partners, on clients’ and regulators’ various reporting needs across various frequencies (daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly / annual), delivers automation using various Intelligent Automation (IA) tools, and provides adhoc support to various data requirements from the business.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide adhoc data support upon request by business
- Drive change management projects and new reporting requirements independently
- Ensure all process & other supporting documents [SOP’s, FSLA’s, Service Requests (IAS charters)] are maintained up-to-date and all escalations are done on a timely basis.
- Maintain a high rate of accuracy and ensure SLA’s are met
- Ensure accurate and timely resolutions of all queries
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Minimum 8 years of financial services experience with exposure / involvement in one or more of the following areas: Private Banking, reporting, intelligent automation, process improvement
- Strong Access / Excel skills
- Working knowledge of various IA tool such as Alteryx, Python, UIPath, Tableau,.
- Strong Data Analytical skills
- Financial services / Business consultancy background preferred
- Demonstrated track record of setting and achieving challenging goals
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited, high quality institution
- Able to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines
- Interact and communicate effectively - written and verbal - with all levels of staff; attention to detail is key
- Have the ability to work independently and to proactively seek guidance from others as needed
- Strong team player and has the capacity to build good working relationships with cross functional / geographical teams
