Responsibilities:

  • Govern and manage Enterprise Credit procedures for select Lines of Business
  • Partner with key contacts within the organization to develop new procedures as needed
  • Help facilitate monthly Procedure Council meetings
  • Partner with Enterprise Credit Risk on Credit Policy and other initiatives
  • Support Portfolio Underwriting Variance (PUV) Framework
  • Participate in various Enterprise Credit COO initiatives as needed
  • Represent organization on various forums and meetings

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in business support, credit, or risk management roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to build relationships across multiple business and/or business partners
  • Effective verbal and written communication skill
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to manage and prioritize competing priorities
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong team player, proven effectiveness in fast-paced, demanding, client-driven environment

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in credit underwriting (either directly or in support role)
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate across multiple organizational levels and functions
  • Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent experience
