Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product management
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in AI developer tooling, SDK
• 3+ years of experience with the Android development ecosystem, including NDK, Android Runtime, and hardware acceleration capabilities
• 1+ years of experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow Lite and ONNX Runtime
• 1+ year of understanding of AI model optimization and hardware acceleration
• 1+ year of experience launching developer-facing products or SDKs with measurable adoption

Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred/Additional Qualifications

• Engineering background with hands-on mobile development experience (Android preferred)
• Experience with AI compiler technologies, model format conversions, or runtime optimization
• Familiarity with emerging AI hardware
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for product design and prototyping
