Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience working in experience strategy, with in-house experience preferable
  • Samples of creative briefs or case study samples required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Deep Retail experience: proven track record in delivery of strategies that shape in-store environments
  • Equally capable of driving innovation in real world and online environments, and articulating omnichannel journeys
  • Ability to work with large data sets to see opportunities, challenges and break points in the customer journey, and customization opportunities
  • Experience in conducting user research, and synthesizing insights in service of more seamless, delightful experiences
  • A creative and imaginative problem solver; ability to not just optimize, but innovate, to keep Apple’s Retail presence constantly ahead
  • Confident in establishment of agile workflows
  • Comfort with fast iteration: testing, learning, and responding quickly to new information
  • Track record of leading strategic conversations with a wide range of people in different disciplines, including business leads and and creative partners
  • Skilled in prioritizing multiple, complex, concurrent projects
  • Extraordinary writing skills, visual story-telling skills, presentation skills, and attention to detail
  • A passion for technology along with a critical point of view on its impact on people’s lives.
  • A born collaborator, able to thrive in ambiguity
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $179,000 and $269,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
