Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Stewardship: Track and analyze finances for the division's portfolio, ensuring strict adherence to budgets and financial targets. Establish and uphold policies and guidelines for effective financial management.
Project Leadership: Support above-the-market level project development from initiation to closure, collaborating with diverse groups of stakeholders and senior leadership to coordinate efforts.
Scrum Facilitation: Facilitate Scrum events such as standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and more. Guide the Product Owner in agile product management techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management.
Team Engagement: Engage with team members to foster a collaborative and exciting environment. Coach teams by promoting cross-functionality and helping them to self-manage and self-organize.
Impediment Removal: Remove team impediments and shield the team from interference, ensuring smooth progress and maintaining focus on achieving sprint goals.
Result-Driven: Focus on delivering high-quality results, meeting deadlines, and achieving project goals. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in financial and project management.
Scrum master qualification is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
A love for working with people and the ability to inspire and motivate the team.
Fearlessness when navigating through ambiguity.
A high degree of aptitude in problem-solving and decision-making.
Ability to work with diverse groups of stakeholders at various levels.
Ability to coordinate and liaise effectively with senior leadership members.
