As a Solutions Engineer, you will sit at the heart of the sales process, working with all the technologies Akamai has to offer.You'll play a pivotal role in designing innovative solutions and building relationships with major customers and partners in Italy.

As a Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Buildingand growingtrusted relationships with customers to articulate Akamai's value proposition and build future revenue opportunities: our customers and their success come first, in everything we do
• Managing the technical proposal process and ensuring all technical information and recommendations addressing customer requirements are accurate:we adhere to the highest degree of ethics, honesty, and transparency.
• Working closely with sales to develop opportunities through presentations, consultations, demonstrations, analysis reports and proof of concepts: we achieve success through the cooperative exchange of skills and ideas.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Bring expertise in Pre-sales or Post-sales technical solutions roles
• Have a passion for cloud technologies (such as architectures, open-source tools, and cloud migration methodologies), internet applications design, and networking. Have familiarity with application and network security.
• Have experiencein presenting technical topics and possess strong communication skills for both technical and management audiences.
• Find fulfillment in teamwork, thriving in an inclusive atmosphere that values diverse ideas, and in navigating and solving issues in rapidly evolving contexts.
• Be fluent in Spanish and English.
