AT WILL YOU WORK

If this is you,you will being theclose & forecast related administration and reporting tasks in a complex system and processYou excel atdelivering relevant, timely and accurate reportsand analytical solutions to support thediverse EMEAenvironment. Youpartner withwide array of Finance,and maintainreporting processes and reports. Some of the key activities include:

• You will manage a direct team, leading, orienting,coaching

• Manage close,forecast

• Manage the requests,processand creation of Financialmasterdatato help support relevant and accurate financial reporting.

• expand, update, and upgrade the existing reporting & analytics portfolioto keep up with changing business dynamics, system upgrades and newly acquired business and technical insights.

• Challenge the status quo, identify process improvement opportunities, and effectively translate business needs into new tools for financial analytics & reporting.

• Collaborate on change initiatives and projects where financial reporting expertise is required.

AT YOU BRING:

• Bachelor’s degreeand/ormastersdegree in afinance, accounting or related field. Relevant work experience in areporting or financeenvironment

• Experience inmanaging financial reporting processes

• Ability tomanage requests from multiple stakeholders and proactively set and reset priorities.

• Continuous improvement mindset: challenging the status quo.

• Ability toleada small team but alsowork independently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and continuously changing environment.

• Detail-oriented, analytical, inquisitive, and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy.

• Advanced user of Excel (various lookup methods, pivot table, VBA,PowerBI

• Moderate user ofMsAccess(mainly for data storage / data modelling).

• Some experience preferred in;Tableau,
