Bachelor's or equivalent in Finance, Accounting or other related degree
5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A or Commercial Finance in a high performance and high growth organization
Strong knowledge of Excel and modeling skills. Shown ability to distill complex decisions into simple but comprehensive financial models
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate results to both senior leadership and large groups, representing Finance perspective to non-Finance business partners
Analytical thinker and quick learner with demonstrated problem solving skills
Ability to apply new concepts and information in a dynamic business
Demonstrated success managing multiple activities, projects, priorities, and people in a dynamic, fast-growing, results-driven environment
Proven track record of independently completing challenging projects, leading multiple priorities, designing and executing ad hoc analysis and building effective business partnerships
Experience with enterprise software systems (e.g. SAP, SQL, Tableau, Datakit) a plus
