- 2 years of relevant finance experience
- Bachelor's or equivalent in Finance, Accounting or other related degree
- 5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A or Commercial Finance in a high performance and high growth organization
- Strong knowledge of Excel and modeling skills. Shown ability to distill complex decisions into simple but comprehensive financial models
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate results to both senior leadership and large groups, representing Finance perspective to non-Finance business partners
- Analytical thinker and quick learner with demonstrated problem solving skills
- Ability to apply new concepts and information in a dynamic business
- Demonstrated success managing multiple activities, projects, priorities, and people in a dynamic, fast-growing, results-driven environment
- Proven track record of independently completing challenging projects, leading multiple priorities, designing and executing ad hoc analysis and building effective business partnerships
- Experience with enterprise software systems (e.g. SAP, SQL, Tableau, Datakit) a plus
