As part of our UX team you will work hand-in-hand with:
UX Content, UX Design, and UX Research partners to craft content experiences end-to-end that guide our customers to achieve their outcomes.
Product Management and Go-To-Customer experts to identify and balance business goals, and end-to-end content experiences that expand product knowledge for our internal and external stakeholders.
Research, Support, and Customer Success to understand how our customers actually use and deploy our products in the real world.
Visual Design and UX Engineering to work within and contribute to our design system, and ensure necessary content elements and editorial guidelines are available to PM, UX, and engineering partners.
Software Engineering with direct partnership and collaboration on technical details to understand what needs to be documented, how, at what granularity, and by which medium.
About the role
In this role, you will:
Create UX content experiences that guide our customers to achieve their outcomes.
Design engaging learning experiences, including in-product walkthroughs, help documentation, infographics, multimedia content (including videos), and more.
Help identify gaps in customer experiences across the content lifecycle, and ensure a cohesive editorial tone across our product brand
Provide holistic oversight for help content and provide recommendations based on industry best-practices.
Audit and assess our product and documentation to ensure alignment with our content standards.
Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to encourage a content-as-a-priority approach.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.
An obsession with grammar and writing rules.
A research-driven approach to content design.
The right mix of technical knowledge, writing skills, and analytical skills to deliver awesome content experiences.
Knowledge of information architecture and how it relates to in-product and documentation experiences.
Excellent graphic design and data visualization skills.
A passion for technology and desire to learn about it.
Experience working with GitHub, JIRA, Markdown, Pendo, Figma, Miro.
Experience working directly with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, experience design, and software development.
The ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Strong project management skills.
The ability to be a team player.
And finally, it’d also be extra nice if you have the following education and experience:
BA/BS degree in Psychology, Human Factors, Communications, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3-4 years of relevant experience as a UX Content Designer. That being said, the path to a career in UX is often filled with turns and twists.
