The opportunity: your next adventure awaits
- You will assist the Country Leadership Committee's Project Management Office (PMO) and report to the PMO leader.
- You will support the PMO leader on legal, secretarial, and corporate matters directly linked to the legal entities and governance bodies of our Luxembourg Group and on follow-up of PMO action plan.
- You will be responsible for the organization and coordination of Board of Directors meetings of our Group legal entities (preparation of agenda, scheduling meetings, taking minutes, follow up of action plans defined during meetings).
- You will draft memos and follow up on documents (signature, legal and administrative formalities, statutory duties, coordination with external parties).
- You will work on corporate administration matters and maintain corporate files up to date.
- You will work on certain projects and execute various tasks directly related to the activities of the Country Leadership Committee, its organization and decisions for action (preparation of agenda, scheduling meetings, taking minutes and follow up of action plans defined during meetings).ç

- Qualifications:
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in business or in Legal administration (or equivalent) with a minimum of 1 to 2 years of working experience in a comparable role, preferably in the Professional Services Industry.
- You are fully fluent in French and English (both written & spoken). Luxembourgish or/and German are considered an advantage.
- You demonstrate high flexibility, taking ownership of your responsibilities.
- You are organized, pragmatic, rigorous and able to manage several tasks at the same time, you can prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
- You are extremely discreet with the ability to communicate adequately and effectively at all levels
- You are willing to join a highly dynamic and international environment.
- You are PC literate, familiar with MS Office applications.
