As a Marketing Manager - Vice President within our dynamic team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of 8-10 direct reports in campaign execution and creative development of credit card portfolio marketing campaigns.

You will manage the strategic and executional goals for the card organization related to existing customer marketing, and partner with other teams across MG&I and Performance Marketing to promote efficiencies in the executional processes.

Job responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple campaigns of varying complexity across all delivery channels (email, direct mail, digital) in support of credit card marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders and business areas to coordinate the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Own the requirements, timelines, deliverables, and approvals for campaign documentation for your team.
  • Work in a regulated industry with an understanding of the risks and controls functions and their impacts on marketing campaign management

  • Possess strong business and marketing acumen with an ability to identify business opportunities, deliver results, and adjust plans as appropriate

  • Have a proven ability to operate in a process-oriented environment, adhere to risk/control, procedure and process expectations, while appropriately delivering what’s best for the customer
  • Have experience managing large diverse teams

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years marketing execution, project coordination or similar experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, team facilitation and organizational skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally while motivating, influencing, and leading others
  • Possess an understanding of core marketing channels: Digital, Email, Direct Mail
