Job Description:

As the leader of a dynamic team, you will oversee the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for our Enterprise full-stack payments product. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, operations, and marketing, to implement and execute key strategies. You will guide these teams in understanding the trajectory of the Enterprise segment and take charge of critical cross-functional initiatives to develop and support innovative products. Working alongside various stakeholders, the Director of Enterprise GTM will enhance PayPal's ability to highlight the distinctive strengths of our enterprise-level full-stack payments solutions. Additionally, you'll drive operational efficiency in how we introduce new features to market within this space. Lastly, you will play a key role in fostering trust and credibility with our largest customers by leading discussions on relevant topics during merchant-facing interactions and industry forums.

Your day to day

In your day to day you will:

  • Highlight and promote the unique strengths of PayPal’s enterprise full-stack payments offering to enhance its market presence.

  • Evaluate upcoming roadmap initiatives to identify commercialization requirements.

  • Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive end-to-end positioning strategy, collaborating with marketing and sales teams.

  • Build trust and credibility with key customers by engaging in relevant discussions at merchant-facing events and industry forums.

  • Drive the development of both internal and external content that supports our narrative and services.

  • Standardize and refine PayPal’s approach to go-to-market strategies within the enterprise space.

  • Create new operational processes, standards, and go-to-market strategies to support business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Oversee necessary research to optimize strategies and improve execution.

  • Identify and pursue internal opportunities, including the development of standardized product documentation.

Experience & Expertise:

  • 8+ years of digital go-to-market experience in a payments environment (cards and alternative forms), covering both e-commerce and card-present contexts, with a focus on driving revenue growth.

  • 8+ years of experience in selling, supporting, or implementing e-commerce and card-not-present payment services, including front-end deliverables and back-office reconciliation, across multiple merchant verticals (e.g., travel, subscriptions, SAAS).

Leadership & Management:

  • Strong people and organizational management skills with the ability to lead and mentor teams.

  • Experience managing global external relationships and working effectively with senior leaders.

  • Ability to manage up and prioritize high-value opportunities over low-value ones.

Strategic & Analytical Skills:

  • Strong quantitative and analytical abilities with a strategic mindset for big-picture thinking.

  • Experience leveraging AI to improve efficiency and velocity.

Communication & Problem Solving:

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interface diplomatically at all organizational levels.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities to streamline processes and scale operations effectively.

  • Highly organized, with attention to detail and the ability to manage complex, large-scale projects.

  • Self-motivated, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to independently identify and execute high-priority opportunities.

  • Active listener with a focus on understanding the root of issues and solutions.
