Key Account Manager Flanders


Your role:

  • Maximize order intake, sales (including Service Contracts), and margin growth across selected key accounts in Flanders.

  • Drive customer satisfaction (NPS) by maintaining strong, long-term relationships and engaging at multiple levels within customer organizations.

  • Build and manage accurate sales forecasts for assigned accounts.

  • Develop and execute annual account plans aligned with the regional strategy.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies.

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional account teams, ensuring alignment with other account managers and customer-facing staff.

  • Fill and manage the sales funnel, analyzing win/loss deals and customer expectations.

  • Ensure all quotations are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time, with proper feasibility checks by operations.

  • Validate third-party products included in solutions for compatibility and compliance.

  • Collaborate with channel partners where required to drive business success.

  • Act as a bridge builder between departments, coordinating internal resources to achieve business objectives.

  • Report and follow up on customer feedback according to quality and regulatory standards.

  • Operate in full compliance with global business principles and ethical standards.

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

  • Experience in sales of medical imaging systems and/or medical equipment.

  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare market in Flanders and ability to engage with key stakeholders (administration, nursing, biomedical engineering, procurement, etc.).

  • A proven track record in top sales performance is highly preferred.

  • Strong consultative sales approach, skilled in executive selling, negotiations, strategic account management, and competitive positioning.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and networking skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Fluency in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
