Your Impact
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for AI security solutions, focusing on accelerating customer adoption of our solutions for securing the creation and usage of AI applications
- Build and lead a high-performing team of technical architects to drive pipeline generation, customer engagements, and market penetration
- Develop and execute strategies to identify, qualify, and convert a robust pipeline of potential customers for AI security solutions
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify key market segments and opportunities
- Lead customer-facing activities, including presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-value (POVs)
- Engage in technical conversations with customers regarding AI security challenges and solutions, including topics such as securing RAG models, prompts, vector databases, etc
- Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including C-level executives, security and IT leaders
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product management, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and effective go-to-market execution
- Evangelize the importance of AI security within the organization and externally to customers and industry influencers
- Recruit, hire, and mentor a team of highly skilled technical architects
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance within the team
Your Experience
- 10+ years of experience in AI and related fields, with a strong focus on technical sales, strategy and execution
- Proven track record of success in building and leading high-performing technical sales or solution architect teams
- Deep understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions
- Ideally, experience with security solutions and cybersecurity market, including data security, network security and security applied to generative AI
- Experience with popular generative AI tools and their security implications preferred
- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $245,000/yr - $336,000/yr.
