With rapidly changing cybersecurity threats, clients from all industries look to us for trusted solutions for their increasingly complex cyber environment. As a member of our Cybersecurity team for financial services, you’ll have the opportunity to help clients gain insights into their cybersecurity strategy and capacity, as well as making use of technical innovations. You will belong to an internationally connected team of specialists helping our clients with their most complex cybersecurity needs and contributing toward their increased business resilience.

As the dependency upon technology grows, cyber risks are increasing exponentially and quickly become a critical agenda item in all projects. We are looking for experience in areas such as:

  • Implementing innovative security solutions, e.g., development of responsible generative AI models, core banking modernization, zero trust architectures or threat response
  • Developing Threat Intelligence based cyber-attack scenarios on strategic, tactical and operational level
  • Leading and instructing virtual red teams in simulated attacks towards critical functions
  • Development of operating models where security is at the core, e.g., Data Leakage Prevention, DevSecOps, cybercrime or fraud detection
  • Hands-on implementation of cyber regulatory requirements
  • Design and implementation of cyber risk management including controls

Your key responsibilities

  • Identifying, evaluating and delivering high qualitative cybersecurity services to our clients
  • Contribute to proposals and solutions developed with Nordic colleagues to drive and expand our cybersecurity solutions
  • Assess and embed the application of legal and regulatory requirements to clients’ cybersecurity practices
  • Develop and create strong client relationships that enable identification of sales and opportunities

Skills and attributes for success

  • 2-5 years of professional experience in positions related to management, design, implementation, maintenance, or support of cybersecurity projects
  • Experience and passion in one or more areas of relevant expertise, such as risk management, technology resilience or cyber threat
  • Entrepreneurial and innovative thinking
  • Willingness to develop, build and lead a team and projects
  • Knowledge of the Nordic cyber security market
  • Experience from the financial services sector
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and simple way, as well as to inspire and lead others
  • Experience in working in multinational and multicultural teams
  • Full professional proficiency in Swedish and English (verbal and written)

Additional valued skills and competences include

  • Completed technical higher education in the field of information security, industrial automation, computer science, electronics or similar
  • Relevant certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CEH, OSCP
  • Experience of relevant regulatory requirements such as Sweden's financial supervisory authority guidelines, EBA regulations, PSD2, CROE, CRA, AI Act, DORA, the Security Protection Act, and the NIS Directive
  • Knowledge of standards such as NIST, ISO/IEC 27000, PCI DSS or similar
  • Experience working with payment security
