Job Summary

What you will do

  • Serve as Red Hat's Telco sales leader in the region, guiding direct activities with customers and partnering with NEPs, ISV partners, and GSIs.

  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets.

  • Lead a matrixed team of Solution Architects, Inside Sales, Delivery Executives, Services Managers, and Support Associates.

  • Develop a go-to-market strategy in close alignment with Global Account teams and the Telco Business Group.

  • Foster growth in deal size and serve as an expert on commercial arrangements.

  • Establish yourself and your team as strategic advisors for customers.

  • Provide organizational vision and identify expansion opportunities.

What you will bring

  • 8+ years of telco-specific industry experience.

  • 10+ years of sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Experience in working with major Ecosystem partners and Telco-operators.

  • Proven ability to manage the entire sales process from start to closure.

  • Experience navigating complex matrix sales teams.

  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.

  • Commitment to continuous learning through workshops, seminars, and conferences.

  • Exceptional communication and persuasion skills at all levels.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, Polish and/or Czech
