Job Summary
What you will do
Serve as Red Hat's Telco sales leader in the region, guiding direct activities with customers and partnering with NEPs, ISV partners, and GSIs.
Achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Lead a matrixed team of Solution Architects, Inside Sales, Delivery Executives, Services Managers, and Support Associates.
Develop a go-to-market strategy in close alignment with Global Account teams and the Telco Business Group.
Foster growth in deal size and serve as an expert on commercial arrangements.
Establish yourself and your team as strategic advisors for customers.
Provide organizational vision and identify expansion opportunities.
What you will bring
8+ years of telco-specific industry experience.
10+ years of sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Experience in working with major Ecosystem partners and Telco-operators.
Proven ability to manage the entire sales process from start to closure.
Experience navigating complex matrix sales teams.
Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
Commitment to continuous learning through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
Exceptional communication and persuasion skills at all levels.
Excellent communication skills in English, Polish and/or Czech
