RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and championing (new) initiatives based on industry best practices, available budget, and ROI. You’re KPI-oriented and experienced in using finances/budget to gain commercial success.
• Leading and managing our Marketing team that consists of a Brand Marketing team and a UA team. This means acting as a role model and managing the performance & coaching of your team.
• Ability to translate big data into a few key insights to assist the development of relevant, impactful and measurable solutions.
• Identify & develop strategies and tactics to boost the company’s goals.
• Partner with our function experts of several departments (R&D, Product, LiveOps) – to ensure our plans and commercial KPI’s are achieved.

REQUIREMENTS

• understandingof the performance marketing world from all possible angles. Familiar with the latest business trends, including the ability to offer out-of-the-box solutions with a positive "can-do" attitude and a passion for both marketing and analytics.
• Communications– able to communicate clearly to your team and internal stakeholders.
• Goodanalyticalskills, with the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, develop actionable recommendations, and implement them.
• Strategic mindset, to do a holistic marketing approach , from brand to performance marketing.
• Proven track record insolvingbusiness problems with creative solutions.
• Passionfor (online) advertising/marketing performance and user acquisition.
• Personal Skillsa team player with a positive and fun personality.
• Technical skills– solid skills in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint – a must
• Fluent English– a must
