Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, or related functions.
2 years of experience in consumer growth across marketing or product using quantitative and qualitative insights to inform growth strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, etc.
Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
4 years of experience in digital business growth, marketing, consulting, or subscription businesses.
2 years of experience building post purchase growth and retention strategies.
Experience with spreadsheet modeling and basic SQL.
Ability to build detailed and persuasive business cases with demonstrated success building strong relationships with technical partners (e.g., product, engineering, UX).
Strong process and project management skills with the ability to set goals, maintain a growth tracker and systematically prioritize growth initiatives.
