Financial Services Office (FSO) Consulting – Transformation Execution – Strategic Transformation (Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1541967), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Houston, TX.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40-45 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Risk Management or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Risk Management or a related field and 4 years of related work experience.

• Must have 4 years of professional services client facing consulting experience.

• Must have 4 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: business strategy, transformation, organizational design and/or other related business management.

• Must have 4 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: in the financial services industry and/or working as an advisor to financial services company.

• Must have 3 years of experience leading transformative programs for multinational companies involving multi-workstreams, utilizing program management methodologies.

• Must have 3 years of experience in creating points of view on relevant industry trends, solutions, methodologies, and analytical frameworks and tools.

• Must have 3 years of experience in a combination involving at least 3 of the following:
• Strategy & Operating Model Development
• Governance
• Portfolio Optimization
• Strategic Planning
• IT/Business Process Management
• Business and IT Alignment
• Transformation / Program Management
• Organizational Change Management
• Enterprise Data Management
• Delivery Management
• Risk Management

• Travel required up to 60%, of which 10% may be international, to serve client needs.
