Strategic Transformation – Senior: This position could be located in NY, NC.

Your key responsibilities
We are looking for ST Seniors who are highly motivated and be responsible for advising our clients to reshape and transform their businesses. While the individual assignments of a ST Senior will vary depending on client needs, you should expect to be responsible for a wide range of activities which will likely include:
- Engage directly with client stakeholders to help define their business transformation vision, strategy, and roadmap, with supporting business case.
- Analyze existing platforms, tools, and processes in the client's current operating model, and recommend innovative, implementable solutions as appropriate based on the business needs.
- Plan and facilitate client workshops around their transformation vision, scope and challenges to execution
- Assess client operating models, identifying gaps, and making recommendations for future improvement
- Develop relationships with team members across all EY practices to serve client needs
- Mentor junior members of the program team
To qualify for the role you must have
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Risk Management or other related business management degree
- A minimum of two years of post-Bachelor's work experience (or one year for a Master's degree); three or more years must relate to business strategy, transformation, organizational design and/or other related business management experience
- A minimum of three years of experience working in the financial services industry or comparable experience working in a financial services company; preferably with a background in banking, asset management, capital markets or insurance
- The ability to support workshops with clients to understand needs, articulate vision, and help design strategies and experiences that meet their vision and needs
- Ability to conduct and lead project work, informing leadership of project status and managing staff performance
- Excellent team collaboration and teaming skills
- Ability to quickly assimilate to new knowledge and remain current ton new development in business consulting services capability and industry knowledge

Ideally, you'll also have
- MBA degree preferred.
- Experience speaking at industry conferences, round tables, and other public forums
- Experience authoring articles and white papers
- Experience working with executive IT and/or business leadership to help shape and guide the IT strategic and improvement agenda
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, SAFe etc.)

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $96,300 to $176,500. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $115,500 to $200,600. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
