In this first-line role, not only will you lean into your process design and problem solving skills by supporting the execution of key processes to ensure we remain well-managed, but you will also grow your strategic and influencing skills as you help create and implement strategies that streamline and improve overall results.

As an integral member of the team, you will have a high level of exposure across the division, including partners in AML, business intent, risk office, technology, compliance, legal, and Operational Risk Management.
You’ll oversee existing processes and help build new ones from scratch, partnering with your leadership to implement new ideas for increasing efficiency and end-user satisfaction. We’re looking for an associate with the ability to excel in managing multiple priorities at the same time, while still meeting key deliverable deadlines and ensuring all stakeholders are informed of project statuses along the way.

Basic Qualifications:
At least 2 years of risk management or process management or project management experience
At least 1 year of experience in the financial services industry
Preferred Qualifications:
Business Process Management (BPM), Change Management, or Six Sigma certification
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree
1+ years of experience in regulatory compliance related to AML
1+ years of experience working with cross functional teams to deliver improved customer experiences
