What you’ll be doing:

We are looking for an experienced B2B & Paid Media Manager in the Gaming and computer electronics industry. You will supervising the local Marketing teams based in Mexico, Argentina, Chile, among others specifically for Partner Marketing programs with OEMs / AICs & Partner accounts. You will be leading the communication of Partner Marketing objectives and enabling your team's success by developing strategic growth plans and campaigns while monitoring competitors' threats and maximizing opportunities. This position will be instrumental to achieve Latin America's business goals through structured Paid Media processes. These will help you influence your teams and recommend changes based on data analysis.

  • This person will build and handle the execution of highly impactful acquisition campaigns, and assemble insights to optimize sell through of the NVIDIA GeForce, Studio & RTX AI PC ecosystem

  • Drive paid advertising initiatives via Display and Paid Social channels to drive customer acquisition for NVIDIA GeForce products

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth

  • Handle relationships with key partners in the digital marketing ecosystem as well as agencies, influencers and OEMs

  • Develop and run budgets for co-marketing initiatives and ensure return on investment is met or exceeded

  • Work closely with OEM Partners to strengthen our relationships and solidify our joint consumer approach

  • Establish automated reporting and optimization processes

  • Provide complete performance reporting and analysis on marketing campaigns and take relevant action on insights gained

  • Test and learn across new and existing platforms, conducting deep data analysis to uncover new opportunities for customer growth

What we need to see:

  • 10+ years of validated Manager experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on partner marketing

  • 5+ years of ROI-focused digital marketing experience in a consumer facing technology organization, including the strategic management and hands on execution of paid media channels (Display, Paid Social etc.)

  • 5+ years of confirmed experience of campaign ownership using platforms like META, TikTok, Google Ads, and others. End to end campaign management experience is required.

  • Experience managing multi-county internal teams and handling external partners

  • Entrepreneurial spirit, a creative mentality for pushing boundaries, and the ability to work optimally with a large number of partners and international collaborators

  • Ability to create innovative marketing programs and co-marketing partnerships to drive customer acquisition through Channel, Paid Social and Display advertising

  • Outstanding analytical skills with a strong bias towards decision making based on data

  • Sophisticated Excel user able to use it to analyze, extract insights and present recommendations

  • Experience building, implementing and scaling cross-functional and co-marketing programs. Project management skills.

  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and resolve improvements. Influence your team to make business changes based on data analytics.

  • BA/BS, MBA or equivalent work experience

  • Experience building, driving and scaling marketing programs across multiple international markets

  • Availability to frequently travel across Latin America and to the United States

  • Sophisticated Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to work with large data sets

  • Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills, with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate in order to get the best results possible

  • Problem-solving skills and experience thinking creatively. Agency background preferred

  • Proficient English required; strong written and communications skills is a requirement
