Senior Commercial Policy and Pricing Manager
Your role:
- Coordinate price and line chart updates internally and with customers as part of Market Introduction Process / (target) Price reviews.
- leverage internal and external data to provide insightful analysis and give the suggestions to marketing / finance team for pricing strategy。
- Ensure price quotes and contracts are negotiated within the Commercial Policy guidelines。
- Ensure price terms and customer investments reflect resp. customer counter performance and strategic fit.
- Ensure proper functioning of the minimum price escalation process
- Analyze pricing KPIs and act as a consultant towards sales, marketing and finance to drive continuous pricing and profitability performance improvements.
- Put business insight into daily work, such as special price analysis, new biz situation handling, disc analysis, drive an efficient approach to support sales team in the most efficient manner.
- Master data platform set up and synergy among systems (e.g. product/ market bundle)
You're the right fit if:
- Bachelor's degree with > 8 years of working experience.
- Experience in a pricing, commercial, finance, strategic, or audit role.
- Experience working in a cross functional team.
- Experience with working in a business with complex market/channel structures and Certified LEAN Advanced.
- Strong commercial understanding.
- Project management skills
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills but also hands-on
- Strong analytic tool skills (Excel mandatory and SAP/BW is preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
