Factory Order Management Specialist
In this role you will be:
- Ensuring that the sales orders, as confirmed to the sales organization, are delivered by the factory and logistic service providers
- Screening and checking customer orders and confirming them, so that the orders are manufactured correctly, and the delivery date requested by the customer can be supported
- Acting as single point of contact within the organization for your counterparts for order fulfillment subjects
- Coordinating your order book and communicating in a timely and professional manner with all relevant stakeholders
- Preparing order for invoicing in SAP
- Attending daily and/or weekly calls with relevant stakeholders like: Logistics, Factory, Planning, Quality and the regional Market Organizations
You are the right fit if:
- You have bachelor’s degree
- You have previous experience in a corporate environment
- You are fluent in English language
- You are familiar with SAP and/or equivalent ERP systems
- You are customer service and problem solving oriented person who is also able to cooperate with other team members
- You have at least basic knowledge of Excel
