Your role:
Ensuring that the sales orders, as confirmed to the sales organization, are delivered by the factory and logistic service providers
Screening and checking customer orders and confirming them, so that the orders are manufactured correctly, and the delivery date requested by the customer can be supported
Acting as single point of contact within the organization for your counterparts for order fulfillment subjects
Coordinating your order book and communicating in a timely and professional manner with all relevant stakeholders
Preparing order for invoicing in SAP
Attending daily and/or weekly calls with relevant stakeholders like: Logistics, Factory, Planning, Quality and the regional Market Organizations
You are the right fit if:
You have bachelor’s degree
You have previous experience in a corporate environment
You are fluent in English language
You are familiar with SAP and/or equivalent ERP systems
You are customer service and problem solving oriented person who is also able to cooperate with other team members
You have at least basic knowledge of Excel
