RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support Sales teams with deal structuring, analyzing a customer’s license history, performing quote checks, approving quotes for Cloud and On-Premise deals.
  • Support Sales team to prepare, negotiate and finalize the contracts for Cloud and On-Premise deals in accordance with the internal approvals.
  • Possess a deep understanding of the strategic positioning of SAP’s commercial structures, as well as business and financial risks they can present.
  • Work closely with the other internal stakeholders (Pricing, Rev Rec, Legal, Tax etc.) during the contracting process to avoid revenue deferrals and other revenue related issues.
  • Support customer requests and be able to anticipate subsequent questions and problematic topics.
  • Update and maintain contract templates as provided by legal from time to time.
  • Serve as main point of contact for Contract relevant topics to business.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with GFA governance processes.
  • Ensure processes follow SAP compliance guidelines.
  • Understand and embrace the “business partner / transformation agent” mentality.
  • To maintain service level standards and actively contribute to the development of a service culture of excellence.


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Diploma degree (preferable in Business Administration, Law or similar) or equivalent proficient experience with proven performance track record.
    • Eye for detail.
    • At least 3 years working Experience with commercial contracts/GTC is mandatory.
    • Experience with commercial business scenarios and processes is a preference.
    • Very good language skills in English.
    • Confident and assertive. and .

    • Deliver high quality outcomes under deadline pressure.
    • Self-starter, creative, enthusiastic, committed and determined.
    • Good team player and strong willingness to help on problem solving etc.
