Support Sales teams with deal structuring, analyzing a customer’s license history, performing quote checks, approving quotes for Cloud and On-Premise deals.
Support Sales team to prepare, negotiate and finalize the contracts for Cloud and On-Premise deals in accordance with the internal approvals.
Possess a deep understanding of the strategic positioning of SAP’s commercial structures, as well as business and financial risks they can present.
Work closely with the other internal stakeholders (Pricing, Rev Rec, Legal, Tax etc.) during the contracting process to avoid revenue deferrals and other revenue related issues.
Support customer requests and be able to anticipate subsequent questions and problematic topics.
Update and maintain contract templates as provided by legal from time to time.
Serve as main point of contact for Contract relevant topics to business.
Responsible to ensure compliance with GFA governance processes.
Ensure processes follow SAP compliance guidelines.
Understand and embrace the “business partner / transformation agent” mentality.
To maintain service level standards and actively contribute to the development of a service culture of excellence.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Diploma degree (preferable in Business Administration, Law or similar) or equivalent proficient experience with proven performance track record.
Eye for detail.
At least 3 years working Experience with commercial contracts/GTC is mandatory.
Experience with commercial business scenarios and processes is a preference.
Very good language skills in English.
