What you'll do

• Develop and maintain management dashboards and key operational reports using ServiceNow and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partner organizations to understand their reporting requirements and design effective visualizations that communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner.
• Analyze possibilities of automation by extensive study of underlying data and provide detailed feasibility proposal.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide consultation on data-driven solutions to leadership team & business owners.
• Continuously monitor and improve the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of reporting solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data analytics and reporting tools, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the Reporting CoE's capabilities.

What you bring

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics and reporting, preferably in a cloud infrastructure or IT operations environment.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Reporting
• Knowledgeable in data models
• Advanced knowledge in JavaScript.
• Experience with ServiceNow Process Mining or Signavio Process Intelligence and SAP Analytics Cloud is beneficial.
• ITSM Process experience is beneficial.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and disseminate significant amounts of information concisely in reports and presentations. Fast learner with the ability to manage quick turnaround times and work effectively with cross-cultural teams.
