Who You Are:- Experienced Professional: You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and at least 7 years of BSA/Development experience, including 4 years with ServiceNow. Security Domain knowledge will be Plus.
- ServiceNow Savvy: You know ServiceNow inside and out, especially Custom Apps, App Engine Studio, Integration Hub, ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, and GRC.
- Documentation Ace: Your documentation skills are top-notch – from business requirements to functional specs and test plans.
- Agile Enthusiast: You’re well-versed in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Great Communicator: Your communication and interpersonal skills are exceptional, allowing you to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Problem Solver: You have a knack for analyzing complex problems and devising innovative solutions.
- Certified Expert: ServiceNow certifications (like CSA, CAD, CIS) are a big plus.
Bonus Points For:- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and scripting languages like JavaScript.
- A solid understanding of ITIL processes.
- Previous experience in secure and regulated environments.
