What you'll do

Key responsibilities include requirement and data collection, report design, data analysis and presentation.
In addition, you will:
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and partner organizations to understand their requirements, data and decision needs
• Analyse possibilities of automation by extensive study of underlying data and provide detailed feasibility proposal.
• Develop data dashboards, charts, and visual aids to support decision-making across L2 units.
• Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets (“transforming data to insights”)
• Ensure report, dashboard, KPI reliability - perform data mapping, conduct data flow validations, and ensure clean and consistent data
• support project managers/ leads to meet deadlines by collaborating related projects and utilizing agile methodology
• Support on continuous improvement of our existing reports and dashboards.
• Responsible for the reporting governance and process documentations incl. WIKIs, SharePoint sites.

What you bring

• 4-6 years of related professional experience in data management and reporting.
• Adept at the use of reporting tools (SAC, ServiceNOW..)
• Proficiency in data modelling, data schemas (normalized, flat, star, snowflake, etc.)
• Good Knowledge in JavaScript
• IT infrastructure operations background is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data set with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to disseminate significant amount of information concisely in reports and presentations
• Fast learner with ability to manage quick turnaround time
• Experience in working with cross-cultural teams or individuals; a team player.
