Your ImpactAs a
Sr. Product Manager - Data Center Networking, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of secure, scalable AI/ML fabrics and enterprise data center fabrics. You’ll work closely with multi-functional teams to define and deliver industry-leading products, while driving growth and innovation in data center networking technologies. Here's how you’ll make an impact:
- Lead and collaborate with multi-functional teams to define Cisco’s Data Center Networking roadmap for secure, scalable AI/ML fabrics and enterprise data center solutions.
- Articulate and promote our portfolio value proposition to drive business growth, focusing on emerging opportunities in AI/ML and enterprise workloads.
- Define new product requirements and improvements, delivering a clear value proposition for customers.
- Partner with engineering, supply chain, finance, customer service, sales, and channel partner teams to develop differentiated products and drive business success.
- Lead the complete product lifecycle from product definition to launch and end-of-life, ensuring seamless execution.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- 6+ years of cross-functional collaboration experience in delivering technical products to market.
- 5+ years of experience working with networking concepts, protocols, and architectures
Preferred Qualifications- Solid understanding of data center networking concepts, protocols, system design, and architectures (including ASIC).
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical product capabilities into compelling, customer-centric messaging.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of driving products from requirements to market success.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage different audience levels, both large and small.
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably passionate about technical products.
- 3+ years of expertise in developing business plans, including market analysis, competitive analysis, and financial modeling.
- MBA, advanced degree, or CCNA/CCIE certification preferred.
