Your Impact

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Cisco’s Nexus Automation and Controller products, such as Nexus Dashboard, with a focus on AIOps (Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations). You’ll help enhance network operations by applying AI and machine learning methodologies to automate, optimize, and predict network performance.

Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Nexus Automation and Controller products, specifically Nexus Dashboard, focusing on AIOps to improve network operations.

Develop detailed technical product requirements and scope AI/ML features to automate, optimize, and predict issues in data center networks.

Drive product development and manage backlogs to deliver end-to-end AI-driven solutions for more reliable and intelligent data center operations.

  • Leverage AI/ML models for predictive analytics to foresee and mitigate network failures, ensuring seamless operations.

Collaborate cross-functionally with customers, sales teams, field engineers, and internal teams to gather requirements, define strategies, and implement go-to-market plans for product adoption.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, product development, or architecture design focusing on technology products, machine learning, and SaaS technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of Data Center Networking. Domain expertise in Switching Hardware, Networking, Automation, Analytics, AI/ML, and SaaS technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with customers, technical teams, and management to gather requirements and define software product features and technical designs.
  • Proficiency in technical concepts and system design, with the ability to participate in technical discussions and make informed trade-offs.
  • Strong strategic vision and execution skills, coupled with an executive presence and a mix of product management, project management, and customer experience expertise.
  • Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative methodologies to explore, structure, and understand customer requirements.
  • Proven ability to collaborate, build consensus, and drive decisions with cross-functional teams and customer partner groups.
