As a Campaign Manager for the Social Ambassador Program, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the program, serving as the primary point of contact for participants, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration with both internal teams and external partners. You will have a pulse on all the production and campaigns of the SaT BMC team to best manage advocacy campaigns through our programs.

Your key responsibilities will include coordinating with third-party agencies to facilitate seamless integration, compiling engaging content to maintain participant interest, and organizing workshops and training sessions for participants. Additionally, you will monitor program metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Your collaborative spirit and innovative mindset will be essential in communicating new ideas and driving impactful change within the program.



• Coordination and Communication: Coordinate with the internal BMC team (content marketers and writers) for alignment and support. Serve as the main point of contact (POC) for participants and third-party agency regarding any matters related to the program. Create weekly amplification newsletters and other program communications. Coordinate with internal EY teams for requirements in running the program, including creatives, SCORE, BRIDGE, etc.
• Planning and strategy: Build and maintain a strategic plan for the program to ensure smooth and continuous operation. Help identify and onboard upcoming participants to the program. Develop training materials for participants of the program. Optimize processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Content Management: Search for new and relevant content to keep the program engaging and up-to-date. Create and maintain a repository for all program-related content.
• Data and Reporting: Collate all data from third-party agencies for comprehensive reporting and analysis. Monitor and analyze program metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Administrative Tasks: Manage the program calendar, including scheduling meetings and preparing presentations. Handle administrative tasks such as documentation, record-keeping, and correspondence.
• Community management: Foster a supportive and engaging environment for participants. Address participant inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively. Organize and facilitate workshops and training sessions for participants.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the program. Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to make necessary adjustments and enhancements.


• Campaign Management: Proactively oversee social marketing campaigns, from concept to completion, aligning with business goals.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is required. An MBA or MS in Marketing is preferred.
• Experience: Over 4 years of end-to-end campaign management experience and more than 9 years in B2B marketing, preferably within professional services or similar sectors. Proven expertise in managing global-level processes and projects.


• Prior experience in B2B digital marketing settings.
• Track record of event execution, B2B brand exposure, and project management.
• Familiarity with digital marketing analytics and bridging expectations with capabilities.
