Optimize production equipment to maximize safety andOverall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), driving world-class quality levels. Leadcontinuous improvement projects to increase yield, capacity, and capability
Design new tooling, fixtures, assembly aids, andequipment to enhance processes and yield. Conceptualize high-volume productionequipment, prioritizing safety, cost, capacity, volumetric efficiency, anddelivery time
Diagnose and resolve issues in the part manufacturingprocess, utilizing structured problem-solving techniques
Create documentation such as BOMs, schematics,maintenance guides, and operator manuals
Utilize CAD modeling and FEA structural analysis for newtooling/equipment, defining specifications and requirements
Identify automation opportunities and collaborate withAutomation/Control Engineers for design and implementation
Provide DFM (design for manufacturability) input todesign team for process and yield improvements
Possess working experience with tools such as Conveyors& Cranes, Atlas Copco Fastening tools, Hipot Testers, CTS Leak Testers,etc.
Support 24/7 production operations as needed
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of experience as a hands-onmechanical/manufacturing/design engineer working on mechanical and/orelectromechanical systems
